RED ULTRA HD is a special edition of Qbrick System ONE products made of ultra-durable plastic that is characterized by extraordinary resistance to mechanical damage. Conducted impact tests confirm its extraordinary durability, also in conditions below 32 ° F. The ONE 450 is a toolbox with a very large capacity of 52 liters. Thanks to this, it is able to accommodate large power tools and hand tools. For better interior organization, the box is equipped with two trays and two compartments (including the Multi compartment with holders for hand tools). Each box is equipped with a flexible seal that provides full protection against dust and water (IP66).
Version 2.0 of the ONE line of products is a new generation of toolboxes and organizers with a reinforced design. Additional adaptation of the bodies for the installation of threaded inserts in the size of M8 gives the possibility of any personalization of the system for the needs of the user. The Custom version of this case model is equipped with ten threaded inserts in M8 size allowing for individual adaptation by the user.
The standard version of the VARIO cover is equipped with additional connectors that allow this version of the cover to be connected with the toolbox models from the Qbrick System PRO, Toolcase, Toolbox, Organizer 100, 200 and 300 lines, and alternatively with PRO 600 boxes. This is a unique version of the box, thanks to which the user can combine elements from two product lines.

I love this box because it has a unique formulation that makes the plastic tougher and more resilient but it still has flaws. It won't fit on a typical hand truck because the hinges protrude from the back making it very difficult to move when full or use as the base of a loadout with toolboxes and bags. Since I purchased this as an alternative to the Milwaukee Packout because I wanted to use my aluminum hand truck I was disappointed but not deterred. I used roofing screws to attach wood to the back of the box so I could use it as intended without sacrificing the water tight seal. Note that the plastic is slightly oily so glue won't adhere. The interior of the box is very smelly with a powerful new plastic odor. I expected a coating or liner inside but though the plastic formulation should make it more UV, impact and temperature resistant it does smell like chemicals. My box has a label saying it was manufactured in 2024 so even two years later the box is still offgassing.
If it had a liner to prevent the buildup of chemical odor inside and a plastic piece that could slot into place to make it hand truck compatible it would be very nearly perfect. I am imagining a plastic piece that has a rack and pinion mechanism with nylon straps and belt buckles so that it can be secured to any hand truck by wrapping the straps around the back and buckling them securely. The box is simply enormous. It is so large it won't fit in the back seat of a typical American SUV. You could fit many large awkward things inside.
Smells funny, won't go on a typical hand truck and has no internal liner. The plastic is very tough and it has a great design apart from missing some accessories that would make it more usable.
